Getting ready...
This is an exciting time for Sarrazac. After months of planning, budgeting and buying we are soon now ready to LAUNCH!
Tomorrow, God willing, we will launch our web pages at last, at www.sarrazac.no. You will now be able to read about our products, the cuisine of Southwest France, and more. More importantly, you will be able to buy our products on-line! The website has taken a long time to develope, with blood, sweat and tears to be sure. I cannot thank my brother Knut enough for the job he did coding the site, as well as Niklas for a great design and Eirik for taking over Knuts job. (So any bugs are Eirik's fault ... just kidding!) Birdy has taken great photos which went into the webshop. Katja has helped proofread and Heidi took over the job with zeal. And then there are my testers. (Any mistakes left over are my own.) I think you will agree that it was worth the wait.
And tomorrow we launch our business at a wine fair at Oslo's biggest hotel, Oslo Plaza. I am having a stand and holding a workshop. I'm shaking in my boots... I've done lots of public appearances before: acting, teaching, speaking, but never like this and before an esteemed audience. Cross you fingers for me. For the stand I have had made brochures and a great banner, thanks again to Niklas and Birdy for their talents. And an extra big thanks to Henri-Pierre for helping me man the stand and plan the event. I couldn't have done this without him.
I also have a couple of product demos with a couple of store in the coming week... no names yet but I hope I can make some good sales.
As you see, I have a lot of people to thank. Although I am formally running this show alone, I could not do it with the help of generous and talented freinds and associates. Even the services that I pay for, go often above and beyond the call of duty.
So now we are ready to launch. I have actually already passed the kr 10.000 mark in revenues, and that without any advertising at all, so I am hopeful. I know I have good products. You should try them, too...
See www.sarrazac.no tomorrow 31. august!!
